For farm or work duties, note surface, grade, climate, tool or cargo mass, rack layout, towing and daily hours. For recreation fleets, add rider profile, speed controls, braking, service cycle and storage. If electric options are acceptable, distinguish nominal and usable battery capacity, charging equipment and the range basis.
State the destination state or port, preferred Incoterm, required delivery window and document expectations. If you have a target budget, identify currency and whether it is per unit or the total order. Supplier preference helps frame cost, finish, customization and service trade-offs but is not a verified rating.
Factory availability, MOQ, sample path, price, lead time, warranty and document applicability remain open until suppliers answer the exact brief. Used units additionally need VIN-bound condition and title evidence.
