Information is used to review requirements, clarify missing facts, coordinate candidate supplier outreach, compare quotation scope and communicate about the inquiry. Supplier sharing should be limited to what is relevant for the requested sourcing work.

Choices and accuracy

Budget and supplier preference are optional. Buyers should keep requirements accurate and may request correction or deletion through the same inquiry route, subject to records needed for security, legal or transaction purposes.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Information should be retained only as needed for the inquiry, agreed services, security and applicable obligations.

Cookies and local storage

The sourcing-benefit notice uses browser storage to remember first display timing and a session dismissal. The display period does not exceed seven days from the first recorded view.
